"I have been working in my weight and better eating habits for some time now. Iām always up for a challenge. This challenge forced me to change and add more vegetables to my plates. That in turn filled me faster and kept me more regular. More water was a plus to help with washing down a few undesirable veggies that I forced myself to try"
- Janet
